These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by G TECH MARKETING ("we", "us", "our") and your use of this website. By engaging our services or using this site, you agree to these terms.
"Company" means G TECH MARKETING (Company Registration No. 202303237371 (CT0127092-V)). "Client" means the person or business engaging our services. "Services" means environmental scent design, scent diffuser supply and installation, maintenance, fragrance refill and related services.
We provide commercial environmental scent design through a managed process: consultation, on-site visit, custom quotation, installation of the scent diffuser system, and ongoing maintenance including fragrance refill. The exact scope is set out in the quotation and/or service agreement for each Client.
Pricing is provided by custom quotation, based on the size and type of the space and the Client's specific needs. Quotations are valid for the period stated within them. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Services are normally provided under a service agreement, the term and conditions of which vary by Client and by the scale of the installation. The specific contract terms — including duration, maintenance schedule and renewal — take precedence where they differ from these general terms.
Payment terms are as set out in the applicable quotation or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due in accordance with the schedule stated there.
The Client agrees to provide accurate information about the premises, reasonable access for installation and maintenance visits, and a suitable environment for the equipment to operate as intended.
Where included in the agreement, maintenance and fragrance refill are provided on an all-inclusive basis according to the agreed schedule. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Cancellation and termination are governed by the individual service agreement. Please refer to your agreement for the applicable notice periods and conditions.
We provide our Services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with the Services shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
